Bathing Beauty.

Backyard sunshine.

The sun came out today, so we had a big family breakfast then bundled up and went outside in the backyard! Jordan taught Raegan how to "kick" a soccer ball for the first time. She kept saying, "ball," and then she'd pick it up and bring it to me. She loved running around!

I used my new camera lense for the first time, and I love it! I was pretty far away from them when I took these, and they seem so close and clear!

Grandparents!

Grandma and Grandpa came to spend a couple days with us, and Raegan thoroughly enjoyed every second of it! She goes nuts for her grandparents- literally, she runs in circles!!

I got Raegan some big-girl forks and spoons and fun pink trays for meal time. She's learning to use silverware, and it's pretty cute. These days, she wants to try most things by herself...

Pretty Princess.

We threw a princess baby shower for our dear friend, and I was in charge of decorations... so, for a few days we had three trunks full of princess dress up clothes in our living room! Raegan wasn't so sure at first when I decided to dig in and dress her up, but she quickly caught on to the frills and furls of pink princess-ness!

Everybody loves Jena's three incredible boys, but you can imagine how excited we all are that our dear friend is having a GIRL! So, we threw her a PRINCESS shower to celebrate, and everyone wore tiaras. Susanne and I decorated with princess dresses, shoes, and tiaras, and we all had such a fun evening of desserts and laughter!

Happy birthday dear Daddy!

Jordan turned 31 last week! He won a Nintendo Wii through a big competition at work, and brought it home just in time for some fun birthday games! We had the Ords over for dinner on his birthday to play the new soccer game Reagan and I got for him. He got to be a kid and just have FUN!

New Year's Eve!

We spent New Year's Eve with our friends eating Adam's homemade Enchiladas and playing Encore! Raegan stayed up late, but it was still a pretty early night for us. We barely made it til midnight, smooched, and went right to bed!

Our three babes... Raegan had a blast following Boaz around! They climbed the stairs up and down and ran around together. And little Nina was happy as a clam, as usual! Here they are sporting their New Year's Eve headbands!

Raegan loves being thrown up in the air by her daddy!

A late Merry Christmas!

Well, we didn't make it home for Christmas, so my parents came over on New Years day to celebrate. My poor brother didn't make it over the pass to be with us. We have had some really nasty weather this winter. Raegan got SO MANY GIFTS! I couldn't believe how the presents just kept coming. She is the first grandchild, and my parents went kinda crazy! Puzzles, cool flip books, a huge plush doggy, an amazing alphabet magnet set, clothes, etc...

Raegan loves books. I mean LOVES books. Almost as much as she loves her Grandma. And the books she got for Christmas are awesome! As you can see here, she couldn't even choose, and had to read both at once! Literally, she would flip the page of one book and then turn to the next book. Hilarious! And the habit stuck. When she brings books to me for us to read together, she typically brings two these days, and she keeps her eye on the second one while we're looking at the first!
